Humanitarian and Compassionate Applications (H&C)

Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) applications are meant for those persons, who, in one way or another, cannot meet the requirements of the Canadian immigration legislation but find themselves in difficult situations. Who Cannot Apply

Inadmissibility for Serious Reasons:
Candidates with criminal convictions, national security concerns or medical conditions that are not fit to work may be proscribed or denied a warrant.
